In Belmont Heights it’s an easy walk to the beach. As if that wasn't enough, it's also quaint, charming, and locals feel safe walking after dark. Local Heidi W. loves that it "has a community feel, is near the beach, and has an active lifestyle crowd—it's fun to live here!"
Power Ranch was designed for families, with safe streets, community pools, soccer fields, and parks. “It's [a] very quiet, family oriented neighborhood with great schools for the kids,” says one local.
