"I've lived and worked in Virginia Highlands for almost 50 years, renovating houses, apartments and building houses. It's been a great ride watching all the changes, in housing shifts and demographics. I'm not sure if I could think of a better or safer place to be. "

"I manage a store in Virginia Highlands, and commute here everyday. Virginia Highlands is not especially close to the interstate, but anything in midtown or little five points is close. The only time traffic is an issue is when school lets out. "

"You can take the bus downtown or to the Marta station. It would take 10 mins without traffic to get downtown but typically it takes 15-20 mins."

"I’ve owned property here for 41 years. They don’t call it “the best living intown” for nothing. I renovated a lot of homes here. Now they’re going through their third incantations and some are being torn down and infill houses are going in or tops put on them."
