"It’s perfect for dog owners. I have a bernedoodle and have tons of parks, paths, green spaces and more for walks. Literally can’t find a better dog neighborhood. Daycare nearby (multiple), dog parks, and more. "

"GREAT AREA, neighborly and safe. Easy access to all highways and eatery’s. I would suggest looking into this area as a renter or an owner. "
  • Ross V. H.
"The commute is ok. It’s very crowded with in town traffic. People don’t let you in If making a left. "
  • Lisa T.
"Well behaved dogs walk all the time with owners, families...several parks and green spaces. A couple of cool dog parks located toward O4W..."
  • Ldeliz68
"Easy breezy! Even in the worst rush hour traffic I can still make it back home rather easily. I take Uber or lift to work but even if I drive there I can make it to work in 35 minutes or less. Since this is an older established neighborhood, I know that the likelyhood of apartments or multi-use aprtments being built is slim. This means that the traffic patterns won’t change that much"
  • CJ B.
"Car break-ins and promiscuity thrive on Piedmont /Cheshire bridge area. Sprouts parking garage finally installed cameras !!"
  • Flora B. A.
"Family concert night at the park, everyone goes and hangs out with their neighbors while the kids run around together."
  • Ldeliz68

"Living in Carlyle Heights is like living in the suburbs - we do not hear traffic noise with all the trees acting as buffers. Affordable and offers all the the amenities of midtown living - Piedmont Park, BeltLine, walk to stores, shops, restaurants, bike - a great place to live."
  • Anthony R.
