"There are a lot of young families in this neighborhood, good preschools nearby, and excellent private schools up the hill. Restaurants are family friendly. There are great parks and a local library for young children with story time. "

"I love how close it is to hop onto 101. I SUP in Sausalito so it’s so easy to zip over and get out of the city. The architecture is amazing and every building or home is so unique to its self. Marina Green, Yacht Club and East Beach all walking distance. "

"Dog owners will love how many parks and green areas there are. But there are not free poop bag boxes around the neighborhood, and not many trashcans unless you're near a park."

"The scenery is breathtaking, and there are parks within walking distance. The Marina Green is a great place to walk and get great shots of the Golden Gate Bridge, which you can walk across. The local retail stores are easy to get to, and mass transit is available to take you to the downtown area."

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAfter two months at this school, we are pleased with our decision to enroll our children in its kindergarten program. The car pick-up and drop-off system is well-organized and convenient, and parental involvement in school activities is strongly encouraged. Every morning, the principal enthusiastically greets and engages with all the children in the yard to inspire them.Parent Review6mo ago18 Reviews - Tule Elk Park Children Center

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWhile the building was under construction, our teacher Mrs Erica made the temporary classroom into the Ivy league of TK. I don't know that we will ever have as great a teacher as we had at Tule Elk. It was even worth the drive (8ish miles each way) to get this quality level of education. We loved this school.Parent Review6y ago7 Reviews - Altschool - Fort Mason
