"I lived in this neighborhood as a renter for 5yrs and loved it! Easy access to great restaurants like Pizzetta 211 & Angelina's Cafe. Just a few blocks from great produce stores on Clement, as well as the Four Star Theater. The best was the access Baker Beach, Sea Cliff, Lands End and Golden Gate Park. Rents are affordable by San Francisco standards, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend this beguiling hidden gem of a neighborhood. "

"My kids grew up here and went to Alamo, an excellent school, one and half blocks away. Great neighborhood with many amenities, good restaurants, coffee shops, vegetable markets. Great community for families, singles who are sports minded with bicycle lane and access to beaches, trails...One of the best kept secrets in the city"

"Very easy to commute to SF financial district through public transportation or by car. Safe neighborhood. This neighborhood as all the multi-million $$$ mansions and very close to world-famous Presidio. Highly recommended!"
