    "I’m actually searching for the right location. I have known about this area for many years and would recommend it to anyone. Seeing that I was raised and resided in the Southeast and surrounding Bay Area, I highly recommend this location. I also practiced Real Estate for 20+ years outside my primary employment, the area is highly sought after. I am looking to downsize to a location for myself seeing that both of my children have graduated from College and now happily married.     "This area has a lot for kids to do and the neighborhoods are more kid-friendly than some other areas in Houston that I’ve lived in. The schools are outstanding here; they have a wide array of courses available on the high school level. I work for the school district as a substitute teacher, and what I see going on in the schools is outstanding. Great place to raise kids!"

    "Christmas lights during the holiday season. Holiday markets for gifts and treats. Lots of friendly people in the neighborhoods. One thing we don't like: the razing of a 100 year old National Historic Register property that was significant, beautiful and structurally sound with no effort whatsoever to recycle, or reuse any of the high-end building materials from the site. A disgrace. "
