"Very burb-y. Cops/MAGA everywhere if you’re into that kind of thing. Kids play outside sometimes. Air quality is horrible. "

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost a year. Neighbor’s constantly block the driveway. The security gates are broken a lot. Needs better management. "

"We moved here about 12 years ago, and we plan on retiring here. This is a quiet neighborhood with good people. This is a very diversified neighborhood, with young couples with children all the way through couples of retirement age. We have never flooded, even when we were hit by Ike. The schools are first class, and shopping is close and plentiful. There are several police officers living in this area, and I have never seen any police activity in this neighborhood. Fire Station #8 is right around the corner. It is not unusual to see people walking their dogs in the afternoon and evenings. I have never regretted moving here, and I recommend looking at homes in the area.
