"it’s the perfect neighborhood for raising kids despite the crazy increasing prices. But unfortunately, there are not many high score public schools nearby "

"Dog owners would love the vast amount of neighborhood provided dog bags and waste depositories - there is one every hundred yards are so. They would also love the dog-friendly apartment complexes, restaurants and shopping outlets. Lastly, they would love the multiple dog parks in the area; there are at least three of them. "

"This is Silicon Beach. We lives across the street from Google. All the giant Tech companies are here. There is a park in every block. The whole town is walkable."

"The dog parks are nice, when open. Certainly too many dog owners that don’t train or know how to control their pups, so I’ve seen way too many aggression issues or attacks in my two years living here. I also find myself cleaning up a lot of dog poop not produced from either of my two dogs, but I’d rather not have that nastiness tracked throughout my apartment. It’s mostly commonly dog walking services that are guilty of not picking up. "

"The south side of Playa Vista is more of the family side. I believe there are more younger generations on the north side of Jefferson. "

"Dogs run this place and humans are here just to serve them and their needs. You meet all kinds of breeds small and large and there’s dog parks and tons of space to play and run around. Just a great place for dogs. "

"Amazing walk ability and clean neighborhood near the beach. All the townhouses and apartment complexes sometimes make it feel a bit cramped. Housing is brand new but expensive. Great amenities and you can park your car here on the weekend and not need it. Great place for parents with a small child."
