"Public transportation is 1 mile from our house. However this is an upscale neighborhood and it is used only by renters near the bus stop. "

"Very nicely maintained, quiet and comfortable. Shopping very close, just blocks away, grocery store, pharmacy and bank very close as well. Nice, large park, walking to school without crossing busy streets."

"Lots of people walk with their dogs early morning or evenings when sun is down. Most dog owners have their dogs on leash and pick up their dogs poop."

"Trails and sidewalks everywhere. Lots of trees and shade. Dog owners are friendly and we all know each other and the neighborhood dogs. The neighbors look out for the pets and dog owners are good about controlling barking. "

"I have lived here for over 8 years. It’s growing rapidly. Lots of families and great parks. We need more places for kids so we don’t have to drive over 25 miles to nearest kid activities. "

"ive lived in the area 7yrs. development is becoming overwhelming. high speed and high volume traffic before roads or water services improved. state is selling beautiful limited state land to developers. going to have to move or be packed in like sardines. disappointing"

"do not like this neighborhood. far too many rentals, far too much traffic noise, cut through road and too close to highway exit"

"Lots of dog walking around here , grassed areas and desert trails. We do have snakes in the hotter months so make sure your dogs are on a leash and be observant. Bobcats and Coyotes are always nearby."

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI enrolled my 3 children into this school for the school year of 2024-2025. My oldest couldn't go because of there being not enough room for him in his grade which was 5th grade. so, my two littles went, and they were there until February 2025. I took them out because my kids were getting bullied ALOT. My kids would not want to go to school and every time i would have to talk to the principle or teachers they would always say that my kid was reacting for no reason. My two littles were just diagnosed with Autism and now I know why my son was having such a hard time. My friend which is my oldest son's best friend's mom had told me her two boys were getting bullied a lot as well and they never wanted to go to school either. We had talked and she said she was constantly emailing and having meetings with the school and got to a point where she didn't feel like her kids were safe anymore. We both unenrolled our kids from that school and decided to put them in a different school because we didn't feel like our kids were safe in this school until the end of the school year. Since we have moved our kids to a different school, they have been so happy and wanting to go to school and there have been no complaints so far. So, I would not recommend this school because they do not take the children's feeling into consideration and they don't fix the bulling issues even after you talk to them and try to get it taken care of. They also really listen to the children they dismiss them.Parent Review1y ago23 Reviews - North Valley Christian Academy

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe left. Most of the teachers are not certified. The certification status is on the AZ Dept. of Education teacher look up. Teachers or whoever it is being called teacher are not very effective academically. There is no behavior standard in k-5. Out of control behavior in classrooms. Several people have left due to it. Not worth it. Cliques and money run the show.Other Review2mo ago80 Reviews - Scottsdale Child Care & Learning Center - Carefree
