    "Probably the most inexpensive houses in this area, certainly the cheapest made with narrow streets with sidewalks on one side only, uncovered playgrounds and really basic landscaping in common areas and daily overhead jet noises from Luke Air Force base because of the proximity to the new river wash. But with all that wrong we still love it."
