"Quite possibly the best-kept secret in the Philadelphia housing market, East Oak Lane is chock-full of gorgeous Colonial and Victorian houses with spacious yards. Bordering Montgomery County to the north, EOL offers all of the features, convenience and accessibility of the suburbs at a fraction of the property tax, while still maintaining its city cred. Best of both worlds, indeed. "

"It's a quiet and nice neighborhood to raise a family. I moved here 23 years ago to raise my first son and now have raised 3 sons here. Big yards and mostly quiet streets. Definitely, a best kept secret in the city. "
