"Small backyards typically in this area. It’s decent but around New Years it gets crazy with the Mummers. It’s cool sometimes to have them play in the neighborhood."

"Lived here my whole life. Everyone is a happy family in this neighborhood. Of course there’s violence here and there because we are in Philadelphia of course. But overall on the uprise, & close to all stadiums/fields & Center city. "
