    "I have been extremely happy with my home and neighborhood. No issues with safety! Neighbors on both sides have lived here for years!! My only negatives is the specific street i live on is really busy which i wasn't aware of when i first moved here. Not super safe for the kiddo's. Also, the schools are terrible. So something to think about if you have kids in school or soon to be. But there is several commendable day cares in the area. I knew this was my first home and these things were not an issue for me yet. "
