"Donāt leave your packages outside. Be wary of strangers loitering side streets. Other than that, fairly safe neighborhood. "

"Not bad at all! SEPTA is usually pretty OK. I also bike. And can walk almost anywhere I want to go. "

"The Italian Market makes Bella Vista a dynamic, diverse and integrated place with lots of parks, playgrounds, dog runs, cafes, grocery stores, and historic cultural institutions, like the Fleischer Art Memorial. The small K-8 school, Nebinger, is a hidden GEM."

"Family friendly, near everything, good school, quiet despite south street. The only negative is thereās not a ton of parking, and you still are close to South Street. "

"Iāve lived in this neighborhood for 2 years. I think the best part of this neighborhood is the walkability. I can easily walk to the super market I can also easily walk to center city or to a multitude of fantastic restaurants "

"This is a terrific corner location in a great neighborhood. Easy walking distance to the Italian Market and two supermarkets on South Street. It is also a short walk to dozens of restaurants and the Ritz Movie theaters. Permit parking makes it a very resident friendly area to park a car. There is a preschool on 10th Street, two highly rated public elementary schools and one private elementary schools nearby. Lots of public transportation within a few blocks."
