"Very dirty streets depending on which block you are walking down. Not really safe , there’s a dog park in fish town right next door if you want to invest in that one if you plan to walk the dog after dark "
  • Sala J.
"easy transportation a little expensive but still affordable public transportation is annoying so I drive but parking isn't easy in center City so public transportation is better if you headed to center City"
  • Lanenaflaca

"It's not all that unique but it is being gentrified. In the last 5 years the nearby University has brought up most of the lots, properties and has encouraged alumni to by property in the surrounding area. Greatly changing the demographic of the neighborhood. Business are moving in the area and violent crime is down. "
  • Shaheera45
