"No kids outside at night. Definitely do not walk alone. Be careful how you park your car, b/c you most likely will get hit."

"there aren't any dog parks. for someone to own a dog you would have to have a large backyard or walk them everyday around the neighborhood."

"Very dirty streets depending on which block you are walking down. Not really safe , there’s a dog park in fish town right next door if you want to invest in that one if you plan to walk the dog after dark "

"It's not all that unique but it is being gentrified. In the last 5 years the nearby University has brought up most of the lots, properties and has encouraged alumni to by property in the surrounding area. Greatly changing the demographic of the neighborhood. Business are moving in the area and violent crime is down. "
