"Keep and eye on your children. There are some safe blocks in this area. Then you can turn the corner and they fight and shoot every other day. "

"They need to be safe especially at night when walking around to have errands done. Or even to walk their own pets. Other than that, it’s a great neighborhood, a lot of stores nearby. "

"If you can find a quiet block with no corner stores or away from high traffic areas where people linger, it’s an okay neighborhood. If you live on a “popping block” prepare for loud noise & trash outside constantly, not to mention crime. I live across from a corner store and there was a shooting yesterday. "

"Not a safe place to live due the crime rates here. Schools are not great with low test scores. People are aggressive and rude. People throw trash everywhere like they never even heard of a trash can. Car with loud exhaust sound drive through the neighborhood like it a race track. "

"Your block literally is he determining factor of safety. My block(close to front and Olney) is beautiful, well maintained (the people on this block have been here a long time and are older (34+), and neighborly. I take safety precautions still because 3 blocks down and it is totally different 🤷🏿♀️. Basically do your research."

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy nephew has been attending this school for the past several years. He has been bullied during the time he has attended this school. Recently, he was hit in both of his eyes by the bully. The school just called me to notify me of the situation. However, as far as I'm aware no disciplinary action has been taken towards the bully. He no longer would be attending this horrific school. It seems like the staff has other things to worry about instead of teaching the students.Parent Review11y ago3 Reviews - Finletter Thomas K School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is freaking fun as ever, I remember going there to a after school program called TooCan. Toocan was also a summer program were we went to different trips and swimming and yoga each week. Lowell provides breakfast and lunch, and they have art class (in which I loved so much). back to too can, the kids might say they don't like it because most after school programs let you play the whole time where as though they make you do your homework, help with anything you don't understand and provide lunches. the trips were so fun especially the one to Lancaster. I'm not going to 8th grade and I wonder if they principle is still the same. she was the best! I couldn't stand the vice though she was too Holly Jolly about everything! I wish this school went up to 12 I probably would have left at 8th but still I do kind of miss it.btw they also have the best school fairs.Other Review12y ago3 Reviews - St. Helena-Incarnation Catholic School, IMS
