"All different nationalities reside in the area. For the most part, it's clean and a lot of the homes are detached or twin homes. There's plenty of lawn and backyard space with the homes as well. "

"it's Peaceful, and clean people are very pleasant, and it's pet friendly, a big laundry mat, 1600 wadsworth Avenue, doctor's office Einstein hospital, CVS drugstore, Banks, Postal office, sneaker store, and across the street Cheltenham the Cedar brook mall,etc. a Library at Michener and wadsworth Avenue 2 breakfast restaurants subways Pizza, a Pretzel stop and checkers Pizza, Omaga Eye Glasses inc."

"Best neighborhood to live in Philly. Neighbors care about their property and there are plenty of video surveillance for safety. Quiet working community. Family oriented and respectable neighbors. No yelling, loud music, or gun shots. "
