"I love this eclectic part of the city! It's quiet in some areas, but other spots are crowded with people and shops. It is a perfect area to live in. I love the weekend because that's when the farmers' markets set up, festivals happen, and I get the chance to have a picnic at the park. I love being able to to take nice strolls In my neighborhood, too."

"I have lived in this neighborhood since 1991.You can walk to Golden Gate Park, Japan Town, Haight Ashbury, The Castro and the Marina. It's very pet friendly with 2 large designated areas for dogs. The recently renovated kids play area is wonderful. As a single woman, I have always felt safe. "
