"Queen Anne is on a hill which can be difficult during winter freezes. Commutes usually go along 99 and I5 which are long."

" My commute is great. I work locally so I am able to walk to work. It’s a very short walk to several muni stops. BART is about a 15 minute walk. I can get anywhere in the city pretty quickly from Duboce Triangle. "

"I love this neighborhood so much! My favorite event is the annual duboce doggie fest that raises money for McKinley school and lots of shelter animals. Not to be missed"

"Dog park nearby. Very dog friendly. Have 2 dogs of our own. Lastly every April there is a “DogFest” to celebrate the dogs and raise money for the elementary school nearby. It’s from over the years and now attracts thousands of attendees! "

"Duboce Triangle is the heart of it all. It’s a residential neighborhood with a community feel, surrounded by hip retail and dining areas. You can walk to your 20-minute commute to the FiDi, ride the Wiggle, run your dog and kids at the park and drink excellent lattes, all in the neighborhood. The houses are beautiful, the stoops are populated by lovely flowers and friendly neighbors and the views from Buena Vista Park are just up the hill. If we only had a Trader Joe’s, it would be perfect."
