"Unfortunately, Lots of out of town buyers have moved into the city recently and made the neighborhood less family oriented and friendly which leads to harder interactions with neighbors."

"Lots of dogs in the area. Owners are good about crossing the street or pulling their dog to the side if they’re not friend. Bok bar has a dog park and so does Columbus (when it opens this summer). There’s a lot of public trash cans in the area. Also some dog friendly bars. Stateside has an outdoor area where you can sit with your dog and so does cantina. "
