"Super walkable in terms of resources and major public transit routes (bus, subway). If you drive, it’s just a few minutes away from the highways. neighbors are a give or take but I wouldnt not say safety is an issue Moët if the time "

"This area is a well maintained and family oriented neighborhood. A lot of them are long-term and life long residents. It is generally safe and you can walk outside at night without fear. Walking distance to Target, Lowe's, Marshalls, and ACME is huge. Parking is not great but you can park under the 95 lot if needed. "

"There is plenty of areas to walk a dog but not enough places for them to run around. I just wish more dog owners would pick up after their dogs. "

"Events at parks like Burke and all of the fun things that people like people do! There are people like me who are anti social and people respect that but to be in south philly it’s better to be community minded. If your not someone in south philly ...... your no one. "

"Would not recommend walking outside after dark alone. Most neighbors seem friendly enough but do not know any on a first name basis. Schools close by and within walking distance. "
