"Easy access to public transportation and minimal time to your final destination, whether it be Center City or any neighborhood in the City of Philadelphia. Easy access to commute the Suburbs as well. If there are Special Events such as concerts and athletic games, the commute can be very long and tedious. The buses, subway, and commuter trains are very clean. Commuters that utilize their pedal bicycles have special designated lanes. Speed bumps have installed near every neighborhood school to slow down traffic as a safety measure."

"I've lived here for 20 years i love it here. The neighborhood is cozy and more safe than north Philadelphia. I know that my child is safe. The schools are good. "

"N/a I don’t have much to say. There are parks around near by to play in for dogs. Kids also play in that park as well."

"Plenty of parking. Easy access to major streets and high ways. Piece of cake to go anywhere from here. "

"I've lived here for two years. It is relatively affordable in South Philly and generally a safe neighborhood to live. However, as similar to other places in Philadelphia, parking is horrible, especially after 8pm or during the weekend. People are throwing trash everywhere and not cleaning up after their pets, which makes the neighborhood smell bad during hot summer days."

"I love living in this area. If you are looking to save money and still have a quality of life of traveling, eating out, and generally having fun this area is for you. I have noticed younger couples moving in because of the sheer affordability, plus the stadium district maintains home value and safety. Check this area out! Not trendy at all for restaurants and shopping, but only a few subway stops away."
