"Philly isn’t really a good place to commute. Some areas are too danger to commute, especially during at night. And the people also don’t care with other people, typically New Yorker pretty much"

"People are always walking their dogs in this neighborhood. Nearly everyone picks up after their dogs. People even place stations for those that forgot their doggy bags so they can still pick up after them. The parks are dog friendly and well maintained. "

"I've had the pleasure of living and raising my children in the historically magnificent Girard estates. The homes are palacious twins with front and back porches on tree lined streets. It's truly a suburban oasis in the city, yet you are 2 miles away from Philadelphias's awesome city of different sections of cities "

"I have lived her all 25 years of my life and everyone in this area become good friends!!! People around here all know each other or a family member or friend. It’s not like other neighborhoods. We were more tight knit years ago, but still are in some way. "

"There are many families. People are friendly and they communicate. It’s safe to walk around at night because you trust the people around you. Nobody likes every single neighbor, no matter where you live. But I’ve never felt uneasy living here."

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAmazing school and staff that support each individual student. Great community of students and parents that really come together. The test scores have improved A LOT and should be ranked much higher if using current data in recent years. The new playground lets the kids run around freely which is nice. Easily one of the best schools and environment for kids in Philly!Parent Review3mo ago7 Reviews - Trinity Academy
