"It’s a pretty safe neighborhood, only issue is that most of the time you need a car to get around only 3 busses come in and out of Rosedale. Other than that great area to raise a family. "

"It’s amazing I’ve lived here for years and my neighbours are very friendly so yeah! Rosedale is very quiet also. It is very easy to sleep at night. Although Rosedale as a lot of new people moving into it and parking spaces are get tight but otherwise then that it’s great. Where I live in Rosedale is where key-food and the local bank and pharmacy is so I don’t really have a problem where I live!"
