"Long Island railroad is about 4blocks away with parking. Express bus to Manhattan is a few blocks away. Buses run about every 3 minutes to subway at rush hour, and you can also take a dollar van to the train station. JFK airport is about 10 minutes away. Valley Stream mall is about 5 minutes away, Close to shopping and restaurants, including many grocery stores. Minutes away from Long Island-Jones beach and Long beach and the Rockaways. Neighbors are friendly . We look out for each other and many have lived here for over 20 years. Many young families and mature families. Streets are clean. Everyone takes pride in keeping their place tidy and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood. One of the best primary schools. Great teachers. Close to library, fitness centers and park with track and field.
