"I've lived in this labor hood for 10 years. It is very family-friendly with lots of activities for kids. There's a small private beach that has bands during the summer and movies on the beach. There is busing for school all the way through senior year of high school. It's a safe neighborhood to walk around and ride around on your bikes. Very friendly, very safe, and diverse."
