    "No special community events in this neighborhood. It’s just a regular neighborhood. It’s been a great neighborhood over the years but recently seems to be a bit unwelcoming. The homeless problem that has swept the country is alive and well in this area. "

    "Driving by this is a peaceful neighborhood. Walking through neighbors actually say hello. Lawns and landscaping throughout the area, especially through the Monte Corita Cir is especially well-kept. This area is truly a gem in area that is growing in popularity, business and schools. "
