"We live on 10 acres! Most property is 10 & 20 acre parcels! On a well and just added solar. Country schools my grand kids attend these schools! Never see neighbors unless passing on the roads! Quiet "

"Dog owners have plenty of space to walk their dogs in and around the neighborhood. There are parks and open spaces with dog friendly facilities that offer water and litter bags. Most folks are friendly and approachable."

"Every June we have fireworks show. We have multiple events thru out the year for people. The fire department delivers candy canes every year. The boy scouts pick up Christmas trees! There are multiple music events. "

"I have lived here over 20 years and it has evolved slowly to a more dense housing and better shopping areas near by. The major issues are insuring new residential building is limited to the property surrounding in that area. This is a rural area and the nearest local hospital is horrendously expensive."

"Close to us 50 - can be congested from el dorado hills to Sacramento. No fast way to commute to Placer or Nevada county. Less than 2 1/2 hours to South Lake Tahoe. "
