  • Trulia User
"I have lived here over 20 years and it has evolved slowly to a more dense housing and better shopping areas near by. The major issues are insuring new residential building is limited to the property surrounding in that area. This is a rural area and the nearest local hospital is horrendously expensive."
  • Blondeesmile
"No one is very dog friendly which has made it difficult my entire life living here. Rental places never accept pets, and there aren’t many places to take them."
  • JillyC

  • jcunningham
"It’s quiet and peaceful. The houses are spaced far enough that I feel safe sitting on my porch in the middle of the night. "
  • Darryliiams
"We do not have neighbor hood pot luck lunch or dinners. We have a fire department contract with cal fire and ambulance service."
