"Good for now. Starting to see a lot of homeless camp population. Great neighbors. Not safe to walk alone at night. Close to couple of shopping centers."

"It is important for parents to know that this is a nice neighborhood but still keep an eye on their kids when they’re outside playing. "

"This area is mixed bag, some people are friendly, and some aren’t.. were traveling physicians.. and all we do is travel for work, we bounce from the east coast to the west, the east coast is much friendlier.. it has the Midwest values that California has mostly lost, because we travel so much, people are everything to us..most states have a beauty in one fashion or another, so each state has something to offer as far as typography is concerned, but as time goes on , affordability is becoming very important as well as the people.. you definitely notice the difference between coasts.. "I like that I have multiple options as far as my commute to work goes. I almost always take surface streets, but the freeway is an option too. And there are several surface street routes I can take, depending on traffic."

"I only live ~15 minutes from my work, and there are a few routes I can take, so my commute is generally not too bad. "

"Nice area for dogs- reasonably sized yards, a park nearby, and lots of people walking their dogs. Unfortunately though, people do tend to drive far too fast, so pedestrians definitely need to be aware."

"Calm and not a whole lot of noise for being near a major road. Good sized yard with plenary of space for the price "

"This neighborhood is one of the nicer ones in Citrus Heights. The schools are within walking distance, also within walking distance to the post office, parks, Raleys Supermarket, and multiple fast food shops ."

"Awesome quiet are that is both family friendly and fun for couples and singles. Everyone is super-friendly and know eachother on a first name basis. There is always parking and no one even parks in front of your home unless asks. It is also close to many parks and great restaurants. We have lived here two years and love every bit of it and plan on growing old here!"

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagethis school seems like it would be a nice, good private school to send your kids to but it is not. although they do a good a job at teaching gospel, they are not good at teaching anything else if a student asks for help or says they don’t understand something they are told “you should’ve listened” or they’ll say they’re too busy to help, they don’t accommodate students with learning disabilities even students with a 504 plan, and the teachers make students feel bad for learning slower than other students. when i went there they put the wrong class on my schedule and when i went to change it they blamed me for it. in general this is just not a good school i would highly recommend NOT sending your kids here.Other Review3y ago1 Reviews
