    "The area has been on an upward trend, Roseville's school system does not have the problems that the Sacramento Unified School District has ...MHO. Roseville's utility fees are less than Sacramento, but the service is far superior ! Roseville's police force should be lauded in the great way they keep Roseville crime down. From upscale shopping at the Galleria Mall, to close proximity to Kaiser Roseville, Sutter Roseville, and Sunsplash...Roseville is a far superior place to call home...MHO"
