"This area is very safe and old style. Neighbors help each other, say hi and talk when we meet on the street. Night time is also safe, quiet. Houses are little old but people keep clean. No messy house :)"

"somewhat friendly folks...this used to be on older demographic but recently I've noticed more young couples in the area. people love to walk their dogs and a lot of times you'll see joggers and walkers "
  • Kathy G.

"I just moved in temporarily with my parents who live here many years and we all love it. We feel safe and love all the businesses around. "

"This home in Citrus Heights is on an oversized lot, backing up to small acreage properties. The larger open areas help provide a "country" feeling even while living in the "city". Allowing for larger than average gardens and chickens! The beauty of having neighbours, but not being "squeezed". "

"Overall, the surroundings are nice with a huge park across the street and a bowling alley. Easy walking distance to multiple K-9 schools in the area for young families. Dead end street means low traffic and the houses are all maintained down the street. Nice neighbors and easy access to anything you need including the freeway for quick trips out of town."
