The apartment is right off Cortland Avenue, so it's a short flat walk to favorite neighborhood spots, such as Black Jet Bakery, Pinhole Coffee, Red Hill Station restaurant, Bernal Beast pet store, Bernal Heights Branch Library, Vinorosso wine bar, Holy Water bar, Avadano's meats, Good Life Grocery, and many more. Its also a short walk to Holly Park or a short hike uphill to Bernal Heights Park and its spectacular views. The street (Nevada) is quiet with a neighborhood feel. Easy access to bus lines (67 and 24) and BART, as well as 101/280 to quickly get out of the city. Street parking is very easy (no permit required and no time limit). The Details: Lease terms are flexible. We would prefer a year lease, but if you need a shorter time period, just send me a message and we can discuss. Rent is $2800/month; $2500 security deposit.
