  • Jesukara
"Industrial buildings are everywhere. Lots of free parking. Like the Wild West Tech workers everywhere "
  • Jesukara
"Lots of dogs here, but Esprit Park is the only place to run and it’s not fenced. It’s industrial but dogs do fine "
  • Russbordonaro

  • Victor P.
"Commute is to Fremont, tech bus is close by though and sometimes I take the 22nd St Caltrain. Generally lots of public transport options "
  • Sqhanda
"The neighborhood is very dog friendly. 90% of the bars allow dogs. Esprit park has daily puppy playtime with 30+ dogs at times all enjoying the sunlight after work with their people. "
  • Joseph R.
"Crime isn’t the problem at all it’s the traffic the traffic is probably the worse I have ever seen in my life "
  • Tarah M. B.
"It’s sunny and flat! Also lots of great breweries! Still very up and coming. Quiet at night. Dogs walking around all the time with their humans."
  • Tfunk04
"I've lived here for 3 years. My dog loves Esprit park for the daily happy hour. Great local businesses, people are friendly. One wish - a small market. Potrero Hill has markets, not DP."
  • Brian B.
"I've lived in Dogpatch on and off since 2004. The neighborhood has changed a lot, and is in a constant state of redevelopment but it has a great location, easy access to public transportation and the best weather in the city. It's not quite a full 'neighborhood' as we don't yet have all the necessary amenities (e.g. grocery store) but we're getting there!"
  • Sadonachu
"Area seems to be really safe. My neighbor has young kids and they seem to enjoy the area. There is a park for dog walking. "
  • Lisaj23
"Constant construction feels kind of special...the old waterfront is still interesting...the Hell's Angels make life special. "
  • Apoptic
"Up and coming and under constant construction (and the noise of that). Has a nice, young, frontier feel to it "
  • Vanessa W.
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for a year and I’ve enjoyed it. They call it the sunny side of SF and I feel like that’s true. It’s not super busy and a lot of the buildings still have a cool, industrial feel. Only down side is the lack of a large grocery store."
