"The feeling being surrounded w a forest full wney built bike and hiking paths but you walk 100 feet and you are back in the city. We have annual block parties and the Armenian church down block offers annual bake sales. "

"Yes they would. There is good walking, several groomers. Many of the restaurants even have doggie treats!"

"I’ve only lived here for a year and so far the neighbors I have met are nice. The neighborhood seems very clean and safe. Th only thing that is a pain is the parking situation "

"GREAT PLACE TO SETTLE INTO A NEST AND RAISE A CHILD (IF YOU WANT). PARKING ISN'T A PROBLEM. WALKABLE TO MUNI. PARKS AND WOODED AREA FOR PETS AND RUNNING/WALKING. VIEW OF THE OCEAN AND SF PEAKS. GREAT PLACE TO GROW ORCHIDS. PLUS, NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDLY, AND THERE'S A REALLY ENGAGED NEIGHBORHOOD COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION. ALSO BEST BUTCHER IN SF VERY CLOSE BY!"
