    "A lovely neighborhood central to the city on the West side of Twin Peaks. Convenient to Noe Valley, West Portal, Glen Canyon/Glen Park, Haight, Sunset and Golden Gate Park districts. Detached low-density homes, lots of families. Walk to great grocery, cafe, Starbucks, dry-cleaner, drug stores and more. 2 buses stop 1 block away for going to BART. Home is on a corner hillside with unobstructed (forever) views of Bay, mountains and lots of greenery. It's built on bedrock (earthquake safe)."
