"Dog friendly and several dog park spots. Some restaurants allow outdoor seating with dogs. There are several pet and dog retail area as well."

"Nestled in the outer Cole Valley neighborhood and close to UCSF Medical Center, this is an ideal location for having most things you need within 3 blocks! Restaurants, hardware store, dry cleaner, cafes, local market, postal services, pet store, wine store, fitness center and very easy access to public transportation to downtown San Francisco. Neighborhood is close to Golden Gate Park and very family friendly. Residents are also friendly and educated. Easy to hop on the N-Judah and take a ride to Ocean Beach for a stroll or a picnic. There's an awesome Cole Valley street fair every September, too. If I could afford to buy property here, I would! Great place to nestle in for awhile!"
