Free private parking is available for up to 2 cars in tandem, and street parking may also be available. A pet is allowed for a fee of $75, and unauthorized pets incur a $150 fee. Early check-in is available for $50, and late check-out (12 PM) is available for $50. Unapproved late check-out is $50/hour.

Extra guests are charged $30/night. Security cameras monitor all entrances for your safety. Unapproved gatherings will incur a $1,000 fee. Rule violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Damages will be charged the cost of the item plus a 30% replacement fee.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
