Room Description

Hi! I am looking for 2 roommates to fill 2 vacant bedrooms on the same floor in our apartment in Everett, MA. The rooms will share 1 bathroom.

Rent is $975 per room. Includes water and sewage. No brokers fee. Electric, heat and internet are split between 4 people. First, last month, security required. Available 05/01, lease until 8/31/27.

The shared spaces will be furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. You'd just need to furnish your rooms!

My bf and I live upstairs with our dog and cat. The two rooms and bathroom available are on the lower floor. We're all working professionals from mid 20s to 30s.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
