"I walk within my neighborhood if I'm going somewhere close. If it is for work, I would take the train. It can be a mess to travel. Traffic seems to be clustered when it is busy."

"this is a fantastic area for young families w/children; school is in walking distance and it is fairly new to the neighborhood and rates as an excellent school for elementary children. There is no crime whatsoever in this neighborhood; i wud highly recommend anyone to buy their first new home in this area."

"Malden is a small city north of Boston -- very diverse, friendly and affordable. Great restaurants, reflecting both long-time Maldonians and new immigrants. Lots of community involvement in the arts, sports, bicycling, libraries and education. The city has good MBTA access and bus lines that go to the areas beyond the T stations. "
