Private parking for 2 cars is included, and street parking may also be available. In-unit laundry is provided. A pet is allowed for a fee of $75, and unauthorized pets will incur a $150 fee. Pets should not be left unattended.

A strict no-party policy is in effect, with a $1,000 fee for unapproved gatherings. Smoking is prohibited, and a $250 cleaning fee will be charged if violated. Security cameras monitor all entrances for your safety. Early check-in is available for $50, and late check-out (12 PM) is available for $50, subject to availability. Unapproved late check-out will be charged $50 per hour. Unapproved guests will be charged $30 per guest. Extra guests are permitted at a rate of $30 per night, with a maximum of 2 guests per room. Unapproved visitors are not allowed. Damages will be charged the cost of the item plus a 30% replacement fee. Rule violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
