Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. There is a $250 cleaning fee if the no-smoking policy is violated. Unauthorized pets will incur a $150 fee. There is a $30 per night fee for extra guests beyond the maximum of 2 per room. Unapproved late check-out will be charged $100 per hour. Damages will be charged the cost of the item plus a 30% replacement fee. Unapproved gatherings will incur a $1,000 fee. Rule violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Security cameras monitor all entrances, including the basement, for your safety.

    "Depending on the casino traffic, it is either 7 mins to cambridge or 27 mins. Also, the bridge to Cambridge by community college needs to be expanded to handle the increase in residential dwellings on the other side of the orange line that now cross there daily."
