Near UCDMC, McGeorge School of Law, Faria's Bakery and other shops is this lovely Victorian cottage in the popular North Oak Park neighborhood. The hardwood floors are original and the rooms have tall ceilings. There are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and central heating and air. The kitchen has a small dining space along with a gas free-standing stove, granite countertops, some original cabinets for storage, and a refrigerator. No dishwasher is included. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and has a long storage area, and there's a one-car garage with a washer and dryer and shelves for storage. The washer and dryer are as-is. The yard is fenced and there is a small front porch area. NOTE: The 1-car garage is used mainly for storage and laundry. It is behind a fence with a gate which would likely make parking a vehicle difficult and inconvenient.

This Victorian Home has a funky charm you won't find in newer properties. The owner pays water, sewer, garbage and gardener, and the tenants are responsible for watering the lawns. A six (6) month lease is required but the Owner wants long-term tenants. No pets are allowed but a cat MAY BE CONSIDERED with an extra deposit. This is a NO-SMOKING property.

Rental requirements are: Excellent and verifiable rental history; stable monthly income of at least 3x the asking rent; and a minimum FICO score of 625+ with no outstanding judgments or collections. All proposed occupants 18+ must complete an application and submit it with a current photo ID, proof of income, and a $40 application fee per person.
