All residents will be listed as occupants on the lease

$39.95 per adult application fee

Renter's insurance is a requirement for residency with Braun Properties named as interested party, minimum of $100K in coverage. If the policy lapses, tenancy will be subjected to immediate termination

If pet friendly, the size restrictions will apply and there is an additional rent of $50.00 per pet per month, no more than 2 pets maximum plus the requirement of $100K in renter's insurance.

A completed application includes verifiable income documents, rental history, and employment history. We will process only a completed application.

Rent must begin within 2 weeks of approval.
