Located just steps from the beach, the home sits on a quiet, peaceful street in a fantastic neighborhood, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Step outside to a large, fenced private backyard, perfect for relaxing, or letting kids play safely.

Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and a second queen bed with a pull-out twin XL trundle, comfortably accommodating a variety of guests. The living room features a 75" Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer and a private driveway with parking for two vehicles. Additional free street parking. (Garage is not included with this rental and only used for storage, motorcycle parking may be allowed). Outdoor patio with a grill, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Outdoor hot water shower to wash the beach away.

Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled beach getaway, this home offers all the space, comfort, and location you're looking for. Also perfect for winter snow-birds or travelling professionals. Please inquire for lengths of stay and monthly rental fee. Each month is different depending on time of the year.
