The living room features a 75" Smart TV, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer and a private driveway with parking for two vehicles. Additional free street parking. Outdoor patio with a grill, beach chairs, cooler and beach toys. Outdoor hot water shower to wash the beach away.

Whether you're here for a relaxing retreat or a fun-filled beach getaway, this home offers all the space, comfort, and location you're looking for. Also perfect for winter snow-birds or travelling professionals. Please inquire for lengths of stay and monthly rental fee. Each month is different depending on time of the year.
