Ormond Beach, "Ormond by the Sea", as we are called, is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Halifax River. Ormond Beach is known as "The Birthplace of Speed," that offers a slower-paced lifestyle with a quiet stretch of soft sand and clear blue water, perfect for sunbathing, fishing, and swimming. If you turn to the right you are at the beach or if you turn to your left you can see the Halifax River. There you can watch the sailboats cruise by on their way to inlet or other destinations. Grocery store is just five minutes down the road, you can even bike there if you like. Enjoy the neighborhood restaurant "Lagerheads", that serves up daily specials and ice cold beverages just a seven minute walk from home. Just 10 minutes south of the home is Granada Boulevard that serves as a bustling hub for dining, shopping, and nightlife, with seafood restaurants, tiki bars, and live music venues. Daytona Beach International Airport is just 11 miles away.
