Fall in love with this spacious 2-bedroom pool house in Ormond By The Sea. The lower level features 2 private bedrooms. The first has one queen bed, two dressers and a sliding door that leads to the private pool under a fully screened lanai. The second bedroom has two twin beds with plenty of dresser space (6 drawer). Both bedrooms have private entrances. The common area in the lower level has a queen size sleeper sofa and Smart TV for catching up on local news and movies. A large bathroom with tile shower and double sink is completely stocked with toiletries and a hair dryer. This first floor is perfect for sleeping 6 adults and the private, screened-in lanai with pool is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. It has a pair of lounge chairs and table with seating for 6.

Make your way to the second level and you will find a huge main living area along with a fully modern kitchen. A wrap-around sofa and love seat are positioned thoughtfully around a 75" Smart TV for those times when you want to chill and catch up on news or watch a movie. There is a dining table for 6 and another casual table that seats 4. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up the perfect meal or prepare a refreshing drink. Directly off the kitchen is a large 2nd floor deck with beautiful views of the ocean and plenty of seating for you and your guests. Another smaller deck is located off the living room and overlooks the pool and lanai. A full laundry (washer, dryer and sink) is also on this floor to help keep that wardrobe clean. A half bath is conveniently located across from the laundry.

The house is just a short walk up to a direct access stairway leading you to a very secluded and generally private beach area. A large wheel wagon is available for you to use on your beach runs, making it easy to take all your supplies for a fun day in the sun.

This is a beautiful custom-built house that will make you feel right at home as you unwind, cool in the pool and relax in comfort.

Note that there is a garage and third floor of this house that is for the owner use only and will not be occupied during any rentals. It is however private and no access is allowed, as both will be locked out.

Renters pay for monthly water and electric usage, owner will send a copy of untility bill. Internet is included. TV has an antenna for local channels so specific channels will vary depending upon reception.
