This nice townhouse is 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms (both full bedrooms are upstairs and one bathroom downstairs) and tile, wood throughout. The townhouse offers inside washer and dryer hookups. Pets may be considered. The unit Includes monthly water.

Complex offers community pool, club house and tennis. This is not a rental community and all units are privately owned therefore, safe and you don't have people moving in and out every month.

We may put in a brand new kitchen and if you would like this option the rent is $1,750 per month (still a lot lower than most rentals in the area) and it's a VERY nice community in the heart of Ormond Beach!
