The FIRST level has a private one car garage (with electric garage door opener), a ton of unfinished storage space, washer & dryer and an enclosed patio/yard. On the SECOND level is the kitchen, private trex deck, half bath, dining area and a nice sized living room with a wood burning fireplace. The THIRD level has a very large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings and his and hers closets plus 2 additonal storage closets ( one coat and one linen closet) a second bedroom with closet, and a full bathroom with bathtub. ADDITIONAL storage space in the attic with a ladder accessible from the second bedroom. The townhouse complex has a POOL and there is room for an additional car to park in the driveway. (TWO dedicated parking spots - one in garage, one in driveway.) The unit is close to Buckley Airforce Base, University of Colorado/Children's Hospital, the Village Green, Aurora City Place and Market Square Shopping Centers and has easy access to the DTC, Downtown Denver and DIA.
