"most people stick to themselves. most people do not pick up after their dogs. most people let their dogs stay on their balconies and therefore dogs bark a lot."

"The area used to be really nice, but has started quickly going downhill. During the day, it's still a really nice place to live, but once the sun goes down, you don't really want to be outside."

"There's plenty of places to walk. Of course, there's poop bags so you have to pick up after your dog or you could be fined. There's a pond, and it's just quiet."

"At times I typically drive to and from work, but you can either take the 83D all the way downtown or the 83D to the light rail which is significantly quicker."
- Love C.

"It's not big enough for a whole family from 4-5. You would need more space. It's apartments so I don't know how parents would feel about their children playing outside."
